A Message From Our New Executive Director

I am excited to join the Teen Action & Support Center family as Executive Director! I’ve worked with teens and families over the last several years and count it a privilege to serve with TASC.

I grew up in Northwest Arkansas and have seen the many changes that come with the explosive growth we’ve had over the last several years.  I’ve also spent time in Mississippi doing nonprofit work and am excited to give back to my “home” community.  Teens, now more than ever, need our attention and help in reaching their fullest potential.  Through the work we do at TASC, we are committed to empowering teens to take action in their own lives and communities.  We are positioning ourselves to expand so we can serve more teens and families.  We truly are “in this together”.

I’d like for teens and parents to know we are all ears and open to what you have to share.  We want to meet your needs so please let us know how we can best serve you.  Our wonderful staff is ready to empower teens in creative ways that allow teens to continue their growth and development.  Even in these challenging times, we are planning classes, workshops and events so stay tuned.

I’d like for the community to know we are so thankful for your support of teens and families!  We cannot do the work we do without your time, donations and resources.  Now, more than ever, we are increasing our partnerships and collaborations to provide the BEST services for our community.  Continue to share our mission with others so we can continue to ENCOURAGE teens to reach their full potential through practical learning experiences, EMPOWER teens to take control of their futures through counseling and mentoring and CONNECT teens to their communities through resources and service opportunities.

Stay safe!

Until next time,

Coletta
